Asphalt Shingle

Asphalt shingle roofs have long been the staple for roofing in North America. TPO Flat Roof

Thermoplastic Polyolefin, more easily known as TPO, is one of the most popular products in the roofing world. It makes up for almost 40 percent of the commercial roofing market share and is growing massive favor in the residential roofing community as well! You’ll recognize this product by its blindingly white appearance. This roofing product gives you the best of both worlds: an aesthetic clean finish partnered with its virtually impenetrable waterproofing. TPO is a single ply roofing membrane that is manufactured in sheets that are 5, 10, 12, and up to 20 feet wide. This product comes in rolled tubes that are then unraveled at the installation location.

New Tile Roof

One of our favorite Projects to do is a new tile roof due to its incredible curb appeal. New tile roofs come in a variety of tile including concrete, clay, flat, two-piece, and many other options. During the installation process, the old tile and felt underlayment is completely disposed of. Then, new Felt underlayment, Ice and water barrier, and Flashings on the roof are installed to ensure the waterproofing capabilities of the roof. After this the tiles can be installed to complete the aesthetic home improvement. When installed correctly, a tile roof has around a 50-year life expectancy.
